Troubleshooting Photo Upload Issues
Photo won't upload
- Check file size is under 10MB
- Make sure it's JPG, PNG, or WEBP format
- Try a different browser or clear your cache
- Check your internet connection
Photo looks blurry or pixelated
- Use a higher resolution photo (at least 400x400 pixels)
- Avoid heavily compressed images
- Try uploading the original photo instead of a screenshot
Photo disappeared after 1 hour
- This is expected - photos are temporary for privacy
- Re-upload your photo if you need to keep editing
- Once downloaded as PDF/Word, the photo is permanently embedded
How to remove a photo
- Go back to the "Heading" step
- Click the "Remove" or "X" button on the uploaded photo
- Your resume will update without the photo
