Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you're experiencing any issues with your subscription or have concerns about your purchase, we're here to help. Reach out to us at support@resbuilder.com and we'll do our best to make it right.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Step 1: Log in to your ResBuilder account
  2. Step 2: Click your profile icon in the top right
  3. Step 3: Go to "Billing" or "Manage Subscription"
  4. Step 4: Click "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Step 5: Confirm cancellation

Note: You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be moved to the free plan with 12+ templates and unlimited downloads.

What Happens After Cancellation?

  • You keep access to Pro features until your billing period ends
  • Your saved resumes remain accessible and downloadable
  • You're moved to the free plan with 12+ templates and unlimited downloads
  • No penalties or fees — cancel anytime
