Your resume data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database) with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and we do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (Supabase for database, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting) that process data on our behalf

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and our service providers' Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for international transfers. By using our service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by law (within 72 hours for GDPR-reportable incidents). We maintain incident response procedures to minimize the impact of any security breach.
