ResBuilder is a web-based resume building platform that allows users to create, customize, download, and manage professional resumes. The Service includes both free and premium (Pro/Lifetime) features.

Pro subscriptions are billed annually at $19/year. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases at $49. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We may offer a 7-day Pro trial for $1.99. You can cancel anytime during the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged the annual Pro subscription fee.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your purchase or are experiencing issues with your subscription, please contact us at support@resbuilder.com and we'll do our best to help.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime plans cannot be cancelled as they are one-time purchases.
You retain all rights to the content you create in your resumes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
All templates, designs, logos, code, and other materials provided by ResBuilder are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or designs except as necessary to create your personal resumes.
If you believe any content on ResBuilder infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@resbuilder.com with the subject 'DMCA Takedown' including the required information under 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon termination, we may delete your account and all associated data after 30 days, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Michigan, and the parties irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
